As a Sales & Service Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the sales of medical devices and solutions to hospitals and clinics while providing exceptional technical support. Your role will involve installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for end-users, helping them understand and effectively use the equipment. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients through service excellence and timely support. Accurate reporting and documentation of all sales and service activities will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
