Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer in Gurugram to strengthen its Quality Management Systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with supplier control activities, managing PPAP for new product launches and manufacturing transfers, conducting supplier audits, coordinating change management with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies (5Why, DMAIC, 8D, C&E). The engineer will support cross-functional teams in product development, oversee IQ/OQ/PQ and validation protocols, and evaluate quality data for process improvements within the supply chain. Candidates should hold a B.Tech in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/ with 2+ years of experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing (preferably medical devices), be proficient in Power BI, and have ISO 9001/13485 certification. Preferred skills include strong knowledge of advanced quality tools, excellent communication across all levels of the organization, and the ability to ensure flawless data integrity and traceability.
