As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, calibrating, and maintaining medical devices such as syringe pumps, infusion pumps, blood & fluid warmers, and thalassemia pumps. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and providing on-site training and technical support to hospital staff. You will also ensure proper documentation, coordinate for spare parts, and deliver high customer satisfaction by minimizing equipment downtime.
