As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, system installations, fault diagnosis, and repair of medical equipment. You’ll interact with customers to resolve technical issues, ensure uptime of critical devices, and work closely with field service and support teams to deliver top-tier service. You’ll also document service activities, parts usage, and coordinate spare parts logistics while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.

📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Remote / Field based)

🛠️ Product Segment: Medical Devices & Imaging Systems

🎓 Eligibility & Experience: Engineering degree (Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical,

Mechanical or similar) with experience in servicing medical devices or diagnostic

equipment.Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in CT/PETCT in a similar role within

the healthcare technology industry.Willingness to travel frequently (>75%) to customer

sites within the region.
