As a Biomedical Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the hospital’s medical equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with both clinical and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include managing the installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of various medical devices, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues to minimize downtime. You will ensure that all equipment complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining detailed maintenance logs and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for training clinical staff on the proper use and care of medical equipment, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and technical support, and assisting in the planning and procurement of new technologies to support the hospital’s operations and patient care.
