In this role, the Assistant Manager will lead and support teams to achieve regulatory and quality objectives, create and execute delivery plans, and manage technical documentation across multiple projects. The position involves contributing to strategic quality plans, overseeing project execution with decision-making authority, and managing resources across cross-functional teams while collaborating closely with operations. The candidate will handle technical client communications, ensure compliance with QMS and global regulatory requirements, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include supporting international regulatory submissions and certifications (510k, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, QSR, CE Marking), providing training to regulatory and QMS staff, leveraging AI tools for efficiency, researching regulatory updates, and fostering effective collaboration across clinical, product, quality, and regulatory teams.
