Shalya is seeking skilled and passionate Application Specialists/Product Specialists to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Lucknow, and Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will oversee post-market surveillance activities, handle customer complaints, and collaborate with quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will train medical and paramedical professionals, educate dealers and sales teams on Shalya products, and gather customer feedback to drive product improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support healthcare innovation and enhance patient care through advanced medical devices.
